Yes, homosexuality is forbidden by God’s words in the Bible. 1Cor. 6:9-11, for example, says:

{9} Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, {10} nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. {11} And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. (1Cor. 6:9-11)

Another example of where God forbids homosexuality is in Rom. 1:26-27:

For this reason [because people are turning away from God] God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; {27} and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Also see Jesus’ words in Mat. 19:4-6:

{4} …”Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, {5} and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh’? {6} So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.

This says that, from the beginning, God intended relationships to be between a male and a female: God made them ‘male and female’ and ‘for this reason‘ they are to be united together. This is an amazing commentary by the Lord Jesus; he’s saying that men and women should be united together because they are men and women. The male and the female are designed to be united together. A male and male are not designed to be united together; and a female and female are not designed to be united together; but a male and a female are designed to be united together. This is the original plan God established; to change this would be to change God’s plan for relationships, for males and females, so a same-sex/gay/homosexual relationship between a female and a female or a male and a male is not an acceptable expression of love.

It is very important, though, that we are balanced on this issue. God condemns all illicit behaviour (see, e.g., Rom. 1:29-32; 1Cor. 6:9-11) — homosexuality is just one along with all of these other things — so we shouldn’t have any particular, special dislike for one above the other.
