l believe that we are all equal in the eyes of God . we are all children of God so a woman is allowed preach the word of God because God also makes revelations to women as much as he does to man joel 2 vs 28 . when Jesus Christ came into this world he came to rebuke us moreover remember the Samaritan woman who was given authority to go and preach the word of God to her people. about Priscilla and Appolos if WE say that she was under the supervision of her husband then it means he was training her to become a powerful preacher

We know that sisters are allowed to teach children and other sisters. It would seem that the issue in the bible is whether she should teach baptized males.
Preaching usually involves teaching the unbaptized.
As far as Timothy 2v12
I don’t think that having the presence or supervision of her husband is at all the issue. The thing to note is they did it in private, not a formal Ecclessial gathering so the principal of usurping the brothers role does not apply.

I think it is important to note that the verse says that Priscilla taught Apollos along with her husband. Otherwise, she would be guilty of usurping authority over a man (1 Tim. 2:12) by teaching him without the presence (or perhaps, supervision) of her husband.
