If I had sex and then was baptised, am I a virgin again?

When someone believes in Jesus, repents of their sins and is baptised then their sins are wiped away as though they had never been committed. This would not literally make you a virgin again, but would make you righteous as a virgin in the sight of God.

Will God forgive me for having sex?

Presumably you mean sex with someone other than your husband or wife, as sex within marriage is not a sin but a gift from God. There is no sin that God will not forgive, if the sinner geniunely repents and believes in Jesus. Matthew 12:31; Acts 13:39
